味は間違いなく本格中華でありながら、一品1000円前後と大衆中華のような気軽さぺこ！
ランチでも800円くらいで名物の麻婆豆腐定食が食べられたりとかなりリーズナブルぺこ！

But Shaotsai Iedie is different! The restaurant was originally a ramen shop, which has been renovated into a cozy space where you can watch the owner-chef cook right in front of you from the counter seats, peco!

他の中華料理屋さんではあんまり見たことない料理ぺこな、どんな味がするのか、食べてみたいぺこー！

予約の取り方 How to Make a Reservation
まずは予約についてのルールを、ざざっとまとめてみるぺこな
Before booking, let’s go over the basic rules for reservations at Shaotsai Iedie, peco!
・毎月、最初の営業日に、3ヶ月後末までの予約受付。
毎月1日AM10:30に3ヶ月後のご予約をスタートさせていただきます。 例）2/1より5月分
※1日 が定休日の場合は翌営業日からのスタートとさせていただきます。・ランチタイムの予約は不可
・1名のみお席が空いてる場合がございますので、2名満席の場合1名予約でもいいか、ご依頼時にお知らせください。
• Reservations open on the first business day of each month for dates up to the end of the third month ahead. • Example: On February 1st at 10:30 AM, reservations for May become available. • If the 1st is a holiday, reservations start on the next business day. • Lunch reservations are not available. • If only one seat is available when booking for two, you may be asked if you’re willing to book for one person instead—please mention this in your request.
予約するには、予約したい日の3ヶ月前の10時半からお電話をかけ続けて、繋がるのを祈ることになるぺこ。
To make a reservation, you’ll need to start calling at 10:30 AM, exactly three months in advance, and keep trying until you get through, hoping for the best, peco.
僕がこれまでお電話した感じ、1時間で繋がることあれば、6時間お電話して繋がらないこともあるんぺこけど、だいたい3～5時間くらいでお電話が繋がるイメージぺこ。ただ、繋がったとしてもお席が空いてるかどうかは運次第ぺこり
From my experience calling, sometimes I get through in an hour, but other times it takes up to six hours, peco. On average, it takes around 3 to 5 hours to connect, peco.
But even if you do get through, whether there’s an available seat or not is pure luck, peco!
お電話をかける回数で言うと、だいたい1500~2000回くらいのイメージぺこな。
In terms of call attempts, it usually takes around 1,500 to 2,000 calls, peco!

毎月異なるご予約受付開始時間を調べたり、
