It specializes in Western cuisine and wine, but here’s a fun secret—Korisu occasionally offers Japanese and Chinese-inspired dishes, which many regulars order!
洋食が基本のお店なんぺこけど、たまに中華や和食っぽいメニューもあったりして、通な常連さんはそっちの方を頼むこともあるみたいぺこな。

“A Huge Variety of Dishes“
Korisu serves all the classic Western favorites, like pork steak, hamburg steak, and macaroni gratin. But beyond that, they also have a rotating menu on the chalkboard, so every visit offers something new!

How to Get a Reservation 予約の取り方
Here’s a quick summary of Korisu’s reservation system:
まずは予約についてのルールを、ざざっとまとめてみるぺこな
・Reservations open on the last business day of each month for dates up to the end of the second following month.
・Reservations start at 8:00 AM.
・Closed on Tuesdays.
・Closed for the entire month of February (so no reservations are taken in late December).
・Latest arrival time: 6:30 PM (preferably by 6:00 PM).
・Maximum booking size: 4 people.
・毎月最終営業日に、2ヶ月後月末までの予約を受付
・予約受付時間：朝8時〜
・火曜日定休
・毎年2月は丸々お休みのため、12月末の受付はしていません。
・最終入店時刻18時30分（できれば18時までにご入店ください。）
・現在、最大4名様までのご予約を受け付けております。If you want to book a table, you’ll need to start calling at 8:00 AM on the last business day two months before your desired date—and just keep calling nonstop, hoping to get through.
予約するには、予約したい日の2ヶ月前の最終営業日、朝8時からお電話をかけ続けて、繋がるのを祈ることになるぺこ。
From my experience, sometimes I get through in 2 hours, but other times I’ve spent 6 hours calling with no luck. On average, expect to be dialing for 3 to 5 hours. And even if you finally get through, whether there’s still a table available is pure luck.
僕がこれまでお電話した感じ、2時間で繋がることあれば、6時間お電話して繋がらないこともあるんぺこけど、
だいたい3～5時間くらいでお電話が繋がるイメージぺこ。ただ、繋がったとしてもお席が空いてるかどうかは運次第ぺこり
To put it in numbers, you’re probably looking at making 1,500 to 2,000 calls.
お電話をかける回数で言うと、だいたい1500~2000回くらいのイメージぺこな。
The Reality of Booking Korisu 「コリス」さんのご予約の裏ワザ
To secure a table, you need to call the restaurant at exactly 8:00 AM on the last business day of the month, hoping to get through.
毎月異なるご予約受付開始時間を調べたり、
受付開始時間ぴったりにお電話したり、自分でずーっとお電話繰り返すのは疲れちゃうぺこよな。
That’s where I come in!
