How to Make a Reservation 予約の取り方
Here’s a quick overview of the reservation system:
まずは予約についてのルールを、ざざっとまとめてみるぺこな
・Reservations open one month in advance on the same date.
・The exact time when reservations start each day will be provided individually to those who inquire.
・毎日、1ヶ月後の同日の予約を受付
・予約受付開始時間は、ご依頼いただいた方に個別にお知らせいたします。
Aside from phone reservations, you can also visit the restaurant in person around noon on the same day to try and secure a booking.
お電話での予約以外にも、当日昼ごろから店頭に並んで予約することもできるみたいぺこ。
To book by phone, you need to keep calling one month before your desired reservation date and hope to get through.
お電話で予約するには、予約したい日の1ヶ月前からお電話をかけ続けて、繋がるのを祈ることになるぺこ。
Based on my experience, sometimes I get through in 30 minutes, but other times I’ve spent three hours calling without success. On average, it takes about one to two hours to connect. However, even if you do get through, whether there are available seats depends entirely on luck!
