唐津より玄海町方面へ車で３０分
仮屋漁港より船（店主送迎）で１０分
仮屋漁港で待ち合せ（着いたら連絡）
• From Hakata Station: Take the Subway Airport Line → JR Chikuhi Line to Nishi-Karatsu (80 minutes, or 60 minutes with a rapid train). • From Nishi-Karatsu Station: Take a Toyo Bus to “Kin-no-te” (30 minutes), transfer to another bus to “Kariya” (6 minutes), or walk for 25 minutes. From there, take a boat to Gyo San Jin. • From Karatsu: Drive 30 minutes towards Genkai Town. • From Kariya Fishing Port: Take a boat (10 minutes, arranged by the owner). • Meet-up at Kariya Fishing Port (call upon arrival).

玄界灘のお魚を知り尽くした船長兼料理人の吉田ちゃんが、超新鮮なお魚をあの手この手で美味しく捌いてくれるぺこ！
お魚は特に、鮮度命みたいなところあるぺこなー
特に、お刺身は絶対に食べたい一品ぺこ！

Captain and chef Yoshida-chan, who knows the fish of the Genkai Sea inside out, skillfully prepares ultra-fresh seafood in the most delicious ways!

「調味料」
お醤油やポン酢、柚子胡椒等の調味料も手作りで作ってるみたいぺこ！
お魚が新鮮だからこそ、シンプルな調味料のクオリティが活きてくるし、こだわりの調味料が新鮮なお魚を活かしてるって感じで、素敵な感じぺこなー！！

予約の取り方How to Make a Reservation
まずは予約についてのルールを、ざざっとまとめてみるぺこな

・2023年8月16日現在、年内全て満席です。
・次回予約受付に関しては、ステーキ購入後にお知らせいたします。
• As of August 16, 2023, all reservations for the year are fully booked. • The next reservation availability will be announced after purchasing a “Steak Item.”
予約受付日は不定期で、3ヶ月後くらいまでは少なくとも全て埋まってるって感じみたいぺこ。
Reservation opening dates are irregular, and it seems that spots are fully booked at least three months in advance, Peco.
まずはお電話してみて、ご希望日の予約がいつから解禁されるかを確認しないといけないんぺこけど、そのお電話もなかなか繋がらないって感じぺこな。

However, it’s very difficult to get through, Peco!
お電話をかける回数で言うと、だいたい50~100回くらいのイメージぺこな。
